Shipping policy

Every Coffin Drawers order ships free within the United States, with tracking.

Cost and where we ship

Shipping is free on every order to addresses in the United States. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Ordering in time for December 1

Drawer 1 opens on December 1, so order early to have your calendar in time. If you need it by a particular date, email us before you order and we will tell you the current dispatch time. Orders placed later still ship; you simply open the drawers you missed when it arrives.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan; that is normal.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather and the holiday rush can slow deliveries down. If your tracking has stopped moving or your order seems late, contact us with your order number and we will chase the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be found, replace or refund it in full.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If an order comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you and either reship it or refund you. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away; we can usually correct it before the parcel leaves.

Damaged in transit

If your calendar arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost or refund you in full.

Returns

Unopened calendars can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened calendars and worn items can't be returned. See our refund policy for the detail.
