Terms of service
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Coffin Drawers. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Coffin Drawers, Texas, United States. You can reach us at contact@getcoffindrawers.com or through our contact page. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Coffin Drawers.
2. Using this site
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to place an order. Our products are adult intimate apparel. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to interfere with it or its security, to scrape it by automated means, or to resell our products as your own without our written permission.
3. Products, descriptions and sizing
The Coffin Drawers calendar contains 24 thongs, one in each numbered drawer, all in the size you choose at checkout. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos show the style of the collection; exact designs, colours and trims can vary between batches, and colours can look slightly different between screens. Please choose your size carefully: for hygiene reasons, opened calendars can't be exchanged for another size.
4. Care
Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry, iron or bleach. Discontinue use if you experience any irritation.
5. Pricing and offers
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Any "compare at" price shown is our own list price for the item, not a price charged by another retailer. Bundle savings are applied automatically at checkout and apply only while the offer runs. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud, and if we do, we refund you in full.
7. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the wallet providers offered there. We do not see or store your full card details. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
8. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery costs and coverage are set out in our shipping policy. Your right to a refund is set out in our refund policy: 30 days from delivery to return an unopened calendar; opened calendars and worn items can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. Both policies form part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
9. Our content
The text, photographs, video and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written consent. Our name and logo are our marks.
10. Reviews and anything you send us
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own and true, and you give us permission to display it. We may remove anything unlawful or misleading.
11. Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the product.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, and the courts of Texas have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any consumer right you have under the law of your own state.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
